And somehow, along the way, the days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years. And here we are, turning the corner on the Back 9 of our lives wondering if it's too late to change the trajectory of our heart health. And I'm here to tell you, it's not too late.

Master "Refocus Your Mindset" (the first R of the 5R Game Plan), create your personalized Playbook, and earn your way to Pro Division eligibility.

The 2026 Founding Rookie Class Application is now open.
Filling out this application helps me understand where you are right now, what youβre struggling with, and whether this program is the right fit for the support you need.
Applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours and will be prioritized based upon timing of completion of application, heart health need, and commitment for this new experience.
Applications close on January 5th or until 30 members have joined.
Kick off for the cohort will be Monday, January 12.
