Hi Reader!
June is Men's Health Month; an entire month dedicated to help the men and boys in our lives be proactive in their health. Is a whole month necessary to have such a focus on men's health? ABSOLUTELY!
For starters, men are less likely to seek medical attention, have lower life expectancies than women, and tend to engage in more risk-taking behaviors such as smoking and drinking.
This Men's Health Month, take charge of your health and encourage the men in your life to make changes for the better. You can check out this guide on the Men's Health Network for more information regarding men's health: https://www.blueprintformenshealth.com/
You can also request to join my Facebook group, Thriving with Heart Disease, where tonight for our weekly Facebook Live at 7:30pm EST, I'll be discussing Men's Health and the importance of taking action. Hope to see you there!
